Mr. Willis provided excellent customer service, he explained the reasoning for the necessary repair. The cost of service was very reasonable. Prior to contacting Mr. Willis, we initially expected to replace our water heater. However, after forwarding him pictures of our unit and the area that needed service, he stated that he didn't think the water heater needed to be replaced. ( I had just spoke with another company that informed us that it would need to be replace) Long story short, everyone is not trying to get over on you. We were very satisfied with using this black own business. Mr. Willis, thanks for your honesty and service!

Rahmel and Jason were very professional and very helpful with my issues. I called and he came out the same day because of Covid they were masked and wore shoe coverings I liked that. He thoroughly explained the issues and what was needed to fix the problem along with a quote for their services. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Before and after pictures were taken. Now I see why they received 5 star reviews great customer service. Thanks again

These guys are great! Had water heater issues around the holidays which left us with no hot water. We needed a part that was on recall and needed to be delivered to our home. They coordinated the delivery as well as worked with the manufacturer directly. They got our water heater fixed ASAP. Absolutely great people to work with.
